ABOUT OUR PRESIDENT - JASON LEE
Jason Lee is a native of the Oklahoma City area. Jason got his start in technology working for America Online during their peak in 1999. From 1999 to 2020, he worked in almost every discipline of IT from network operations (NOC), Linux/UNIX server administration, web design and web hosting, desktop support, and document imaging to finally becoming Director of IT for a construction company and then vCIO for a Managed Service Provider, where he learned more about Managed Services.
In 2009, he started BitStar as a side project to serve the needs of small businesses in Oklahoma City. In 2020, after the Coronavirus took over the world, he leaned in to BitStar full-time and hasn't looked back since.
Jason is passionate about translating technical concepts into terms and concepts that non-technical people can understand. He enjoys sports, outdoors, traveling, DIY projects, and his two children in his spare time. But it always comes back to technology, whether it is some new hobby or uploading a video on his YouTube channel where he has 113,000 subscribers.

BitStar does not currently have any full-time employees. However, we meet specialized needs of our clients through a network of contractors that help us with Networking, Server Administration, Telephones, Commercial A/V, web design, and more.
